Rebellion operate a number of web sites, produce advertisements in their own and other publications, and also solicit customer sales by email and other media, all of which are served by and subject to these Terms & Conditions.Abaddon Books, Rebellion Graphic Novels, 2000AD, The Judge Dredd Megazine, and Extreme Editions are all publications and imprints of Rebellion.
Individual Products: All orders from all sources are accepted as a request to supply. Orders are placed on the system as reservations with credit card details. No contract exists until goods are dispatched. Cards will be debited with the value of goods in stock plus any postage element one working day prior to picking and shipping. Your card statement will show a charge to “Rebellion” All payments taken via our online shop are on an SSL (Secure) 128-Bit encrypted line for your security. Only goods actually shipped will be charged. Should items be out of stock or not yet published, your order will be held open until they become available. Pre-order items (e.g. Graphic Novels, Paperbacks and Hardcovers that are yet to be published) will be debited (prior to dispatch) as items are published or become available. All major Credit/Debit Cards accepted. Access, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.Please note that swipe only cards like “Electron” and some Solo cards cannot be used with “customer not present” orders. Prices are clearly set out on the web sites and advertisements. Shipping is added to web orders at the time your order is placed. All prices are in UK £pounds Sterling and include Value Added Tax where applicable. Overseas orders will be debited in £sterling. Your card issuer will convert to your own currency at an exchange rate ruling at time of conversion. Delivery Address: We shall only deliver items to the Card Holder address unless we receive specific written signed instructions to deliver to a third party address. Overseas orders will only be delivered to the cardholder address. Should items be returned to us as undeliverable, we reserve the right to charge a reship fee. Every effort is made to obtain accurate product information. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, image, description or any other inaccuracy. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on such inaccuracy. If the price at which you ordered the items is incorrect, you have the right to cancel.
Cancellations and Returns: If there is a problem with any item that you receive please contact us immediately by email to: sales@2000adonline.com or write to Denise, Rebellion Publications, 8 Galliford Road, Maldon, Essex, CM9 4XD UK and we shall replace the item (if possible).Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulation 2000 you have the right to cancel within seven working days of the goods being delivered
General: You must be 18 years or over to order from our sites. There is no minimum or maximum order unless such is stipulated in a particular promotion, solicitation or advertisement. Ownership and title in the goods does not pass to the Customer until full payment has been received. If a card is declined for any reason we reserve the right to charge any extra costs of collection. Our liability in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items All content of the websites, advertisements or any other promotional material is the property of Rebellion. Intellectual Property laws and copyright protect all content. All trademarks appearing on the website, advertisements or other promotional material is the property of their respective owners. Websites may contain hyperlinks. These are provided as a customer service. Rebellion are not liable or responsible for any involvement or transactions with or to such sites. Use of any of our services indicates your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.T&C is subject to the laws of England & Wales. Disputes can only be decided by English Courts. Rebellion reserves the right to change, add or remove or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check them periodically.
