About Leamington Shopmobility

Leamington Shopmobility is a Charity that loans mobility equipment to enable those with mobility difficulties to access goods and services in Leamington Spa. In order to part fund this service the charity established Leamington Shopmobility (Trading) Ltd to sell mobility equipment and other aids for disabled and older peoplevia our shop and on line shop.

As such, by buying from us you are helping to keep Leamington Shopmobility scheme open as all monies made go DIRECTLY to finance the loan of mobility equipment to enable disabled and older people to help them access goods and services in Leamington Spa.

Both the trading arm and the charity are run by disabled and older people with over 15 years worth of experience of helping other disabled people find the best solutions to make life a little easier.

As disabled people ourselves, we are keen to set new standards in customer care. After all we know from personal experience what is like to be without the equipment you need to get by. As such we make our customers a number of promises.

Impartial Advice

• Our staff are not paid on a commission, bouns or other incentive basis in order to prevent hard sales.
• The equipment we provide will be fit for the purpose you describe.
• The equipment recommended by us will not vastly exceed your needs.
• Where, possible, we will recommend more than one item to enable you to make an informed choice.
• If you want to try the mobility equipment in your home or vehicle , we will allow you to do so.
• If we are unable to meet your needs we will try to point you in the right direction to obtain the right equipment.

Quality and Pricing

• We willl not run special offers that pressurise customers into buying quickly.
• We will only stock the highest quality equipment. We will not stock inferior products that have a short working life.
• Our staff will always be kept abrest of the latest developments in the industry to ensure our knowldge base is second to none.
• We undertake to make our dealings transparant. (and as such recommend that you read our terms and conditions)

After Sales Service

• Everything we sell comes with at least 1 years full manufacturers' warranty.
• We maintain a local presence to Leamington Spa. In the unlikely event of a problem you can come and talk to us in person.
• If you do have a problem, we will do our upmost to get you mobile again as quickly as possible. If possible will we loan you equipment util yours is repaired.
• To enusre we are able to offer you a prompt and efficient service we regret that we are unable to spupply goods to anyone who lives further than 30 miles away from Leamington Spa.
