IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS RETURN THE PACK TO ALLELECTRICRC WITHIN 3 DAYS UNUSED FOR A REFUND OF THE COST OF THE BATTERY ONLY. NO POSTAGE WILL BE REFUNDED.
ALL BATTERIES ARE CHECKED BEFORE DISPATCH ANY UNDER VOLTAGE PACK MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS UNUSED NO BATTERY WILL BE REPLACED AFTER THIS TIME.
IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE CELLS DO NOT GO UNDER VOLTAGE
IT IS THE USERS RESPONSIBILITY NOT TO ALLOW THE CELLS TO EXCEDE 80°C ON CHARGE OR DISCHARGE CYCLE.

ALL LITHIUM POLYMER CELLS SHOULD BE CHARGED AT NO MORE THAN 1C ( 1200mah @ 1C = 1.2A )
ALWAYS CHECK THE CELL COUNT AND mah SETTINGS BEFORE EVERY CHARGE.
CHARGE LITHIUM POLYMER BATTERIES AT NO MORE THAN 4.2V PER CELL
DO NOT LEAVE BATTERIES UNATTENDED WHILST CHARGING
PLACE ON A NONE CONDUCTIVE NONE FLAMMABLE SURFACE WHEN CHARGING.
ALWAYS CHARGE BATTERIES IN AN OPEN EVIRONMENT.
WE RECOMMEND THE USE OF A CELL BALANCER WHEN CHARGING LITHIUM POLYMER BATTERIES
THE CELLS SHALL BE STORED IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITHIN A TEMPERATURE RANGE OF 10-40°C
THE CELLS SHOULD BE STORED AT A CELL VOLTAGE OF NO MORE THAN 3.8V PER CELL FOR LONG PERIODS
DO NOT CHARGE YOUR BATTRIES INSIDE THE MODEL
DO NOT STORE PACKS INSIDE MOTOR VEHICLES
DO NOT DISCHARGE BELOW 3 VOLTS PER CELL
DO NOT MIX AND MATCH CELLS/PACKS OF DIFFERENT AGES CYCLE LIFE
DO NOT DISPOSE OF CELLS IN A FIRE
DO CHECK CELLS AFTER A CRASH OR HARD LANDING IF THERE ARE ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE LEAVE IN AN OPEN ENVIROMENT AND MONITIOR OR DISPOSE OF IN A SUITABLE WAY.
LITHIUM POLYMER PACKS ARE MORE FRAGILE THAN NICAD/NIMH AND USE A COLLECTOR PLATE TO JOIN CELLS THIS IS SUSEPTABLE TO DAMAGE IF THE PACK IS SHORTED OUT PLEASE USE APPROPRITE CONNECTORS AND SHIEDING.
PACKS DAMAGED BY SHORT CUIRCIT ARE NOT REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY
PACKS DAMAGED BY OVER DISCHARGE ARE NOT REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY
THERE ARE RISKS INVOLVED IN USING THESE TYPES OF CELLS; SOME AS YET MAY BE UNFORESEEN.
BY BUYING THESE PRODUCTS THE BUYER UNDERSTANDS THE RISKS INVOLVED AND ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISKS ASSOCIATED.
