Contract for the Supply of Goods

We Reserve the right to amend any prices which are deemed to be incorrect. AllElectricRc.co.uk will contact the customer with correct pricing and await customers conformation of order before goods are shipped.
Allelectricrc.co.uk are free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Processing of orders
Minimum order value £10.00 Excluding delivery.
We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Your order may be delayed if the item is found to be OUT OF STOCK , we will then endeavour to process your order within 3 working days if this is found to be the case.
We endeavour to keep the web site up to date but on occasions items may have been discontinued by our suppliers we will E-mail you to inform you ASAP.
We regret we are not able to supply dates our suppliers may get an item in stock.
We will keep you updated by E-mail as to the status of your order (unless you ask us not to).
Credit cards are debited before items are shipped by Allelectric.co.uk
It is sometimes not possible to calculate the exact shipping cost, Allelectricrc reserve the right to amend the shipping cost at any time. It is our policy to keep shipping/postage costs to a minimum.
Items are posted using royal mail services . Small Items are posted royal mail 1st class sign for (this may take up to 14 working days) . Orders containing kits or larger bulky items will be posted standard parcel insured for there value, Kits longer than 1.5m will have to be repacked if possible. Royal mail special delivery is the only guarantee of next day delivery (If special delivery has been selected and the items are found to be OUT OF STOCK we will endeavour to post these items within 3 days if we cannot we will e-mail you with an ETA on delivery). Next day Saturday delivery is extra for the special delivery service. No order over 10kg can be sent special delivery. If ordering by phone please state if you wish you order to go special delivery otherwise orders will be sent out at our standard postage service.
Kits shipped outside the UK will require a courier service please contact us first for these prices.
We can not give delivery times or tacking numbers to orders posted outside the UK we will e-mail to confirm the item has been dispatched and can give a copy of the postage receipt by request we have no control over the item once it has left the UK all international orders are at your own risk.
Credit cards are debited by AllElectricRC before items are shipped no payment is taken until this time.
Value Added Tax (VAT) is included in the cost of goods. The current rate is 17.5%.
Shipments outside the European Union (EU) may be subject to local import charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Limitation of Liability

Except as set out below, neither Allelectricrc.co.uk nor any of its directors or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site.
Allelectricrc.co.uk does not accept liability (except as set out below) for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, you must contact us immediately to let us known what has happened and return the item as soon as possible we will not dispatch replacements to you with out the incorrectly sent item being returned to us. Alleletricrc.co.uk shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Allelectricrc.co.uk of the problem in writing to Allelectricrc.co.uk within 7 days of delivery of the goods. (Please state your Order No.)
You should check that all the items listed on the dispatch note match those contained in your package. If they do not, please email allelectric.co.uk with your order details.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used.

Guarantees
We regret that lithium polymer batteries are not guaranteed. Any pack found to be under voltage must be returned to Allelectricrc within 3days of purchase unused it is the customer’s responsibility to check the voltage on arrival. There is absolutely no guarantee for any lithium polymer pack once you have placed it on a charger.
Motors guarantees are for defective parts only, any crash damage, modification ,overload is not covered, All Motors are specified for model use only . Failures due to use beyond the recommended specifications will not be covered.
ESC guarantees are for defective parts only, overloading and reverse polarity connection are not covered.
Allelectricrc.co.uk does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use the Allelectricrc.co.uk website or for any products purchased from the Alleletricrc.co.uk website. Alleletricrc.co.uk will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Illegal Acts
It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
