New pilot bearing (sometimes called the clutch spiggot bearing), fits in the centre of the flywheel. Eunos Roadster and Mazda MX-5, all models NA & NB, 1989 to 2005.
Do you have a noisy MX-5 clutch bearing? Does the noise go away when the pedal is depressed? The standard fix is to replace the clutch release bearing (and the clutch as well usually). However, we have seen a number of cars where the noise has come back a couple of months after the clutch has been replaced. If it does, then chances are this is the culprit. Nowadays we always replace this bearing when changing an MX5 clutch.
