Terms and conditions of trade:-
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We have tried to make ordering as easy as possible, when you have finnished placing items in the shopping basket .you will be given two payment choices:-
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
You can pay online using your credit/debit card (mastercard, visa visa electron, maestro, switch or delta) safely via our secure SSL server (Metacharge). Subject to stock your order will be dispatched immediately
PAYPAL
If you have a paypal account you may prefer to pay via paypals secure server.
Subject to stock your order will be dispatched immediately
Alternatively you can do it the old fashioned way and give us a call
TELEPHONE
Please phone with your order number and credit card (masterard Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard UK switch or delta) details between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. on :- 01700 502300
or send a
CHEQUE
Send us the order by post with an accompanying cheque.drawn on a UK bank account and made payable to "Calico Moon Ltd" (please write your order number on the back of the cheque) please allow time for your cheque to reach us and be cleared before items are dispatched)
We will email you when your order is dispatched.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Can be paid via credit/debit card on our secure server (Metacharge) or you can also use Paypal if you prefer.
STOCK
We shall contact you as soon as possible via email or telephone to confirm your order and to let you know whether any items are unavailable and if more stock is expected. .
As far as possible, all items and sizes listed are kept in stock and will be processed within 2 working days from receipt of order.
However please allow 14 days before contacting us regarding non-delivery.
Post & Packing UK
We send orders to you via 1st class Royal Mail (usually within 24hrs)and try to keep our shipping charges as low as possible Our post and packing charge for the UK is £3.99 1st class or £2.99 2nd class and FREE for orders over £70
Post & Packing Abroad
Air Mail to all European Countries is £5.99
Rest of the world is £7.99 (if an item is heavy it may incure extra charges, please contact us before ordering if you are unsure)
In order to minimise our effect on the environment we may send orders in recycled packaging when possible.
RETURNS
Unwanted items may be returned for a full refund or credit note, minus postage and packing, as long as they are received back in unworn condition within 14 days of receipt please.
(sorry we can't offer free returns yet and can't refund the original postage cost). We suggest that you obtain a certificate of posting so that you may claim compensation from Royal Mail should we not receive the package.
REPLACEMENT ITEMS
Should you wish a replacement item to be sent please e-mail or telephone us so that we can check stock and put your new order aside for you. Postage and packing is free to send out the replacement order to you, but you will still have to pay the postage and packaging to send the returned item back to us.
SALE ITEMS
Unless damaged or faulty, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted on sale items.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
SIZING
We have provided various sizing chart to help you order the correct size, occasionally adult garments come up smaller or larger than expected, if you need to echange an item or would prefer a refund, then please let us know and pop it in the post
It can be difficult to get colours just right in the photos and customers browsers may be of a different quality, if the colour is not what you expected, we understand, we are happy to exchange, refund or give a credit note.!
LEGAL STATEMENT
All prices are correct when they are loaded onto our website. We make every effort to ensure that item descriptions are correct, however we reserve the right to change designs and details of items as featured on this website.
We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998.
We respect your privacy and promise that in no circumstances would we pass on your personal or contact details to any third party unless given your express permission to do so.
