About Breconshire
Founded by Howard Marlow in 2002 a wholesaler and distributor of draught ales for more than 30 years. The 10 barrel brew plant uses optic malts blended with a range of British hops.
Awards:
Great Welsh Beer and Cider Festival, 2003, organised by CAMRA, (the Campaign for Real Ale), the Judges of the Champion Beer of Wales competition awarded a Gold medal to Brecon County Ale and Silver medals to Golden Valley and Ramblers Ruin.
Golden Valley - Beer of the Festival at the Carmarthen Beer Festival in 2003.
Ramblers Ruin - Gold Medal International Beer Championships 2009, Gold award - Old Ale Category 2008
Cribyn - Camra Champion Best Bitter 2009 and 2010
