About Bright Beer (re-racked):
Please note bright beer, with sediment removed, requires no settling time and can be drunk immediately - handy if you need to transport it to a party/venue.
However bright beer, with no sediment has a shorter shelf life unopened in a polypin and should be consumed within a week to appreciate it at its best.
