Q.  How long will the beer last?

A.  You should be able to drink your polypin beer for at least 7 days when opened, it should keep for at least 28 days unopened. Mini Casks can keep the beer fresh for up to 6 months!

Q.  Do you have a minimum order?

A.   Your order must be either 1 x 10ltr polypin or 2 mini kegs (same brewery).

Q.  Can I make the order up with bottled beers?

A.  Yes as long as you order 2 cases and at least 10ltrs from the same brewery (no voucher).

Q.  What is one of my choices is out of stock?

A.  We will offer you another brand from the same brewery closest to your original choice.

Q.  Why do the prices differ from brand to brand?

A.  All the beers are priced by strength (ABV %) the stronger the beer the more the brewery has to pay the government in duty.

Q.  How can I tell what the beer will taste like?

A.  We provide tasting notes to help your decision and you can check the beer reviews for ratings and comments from drinkers who have tried the beer.

Q.  How can I pay?

A.  We accept credit cards and cheques.

Q.  When will I get my beer?

A.  After you have placed your order the brewery will 'rack' the beer into the Polypin or Mini Cask. Each brewery has a different timescale but you should wait no longer than 7 days.

Q.  Will I be notified of my delivery date?

A.  When we receive a date from the brewery you will be emailed confirming delivery date.

Q.  Do you provide pump clips, beer mats etc?

A.  This depends on the brewery, check each breweries shop.

Q.  What if there is a problem with the quality of my order?

A.  If you think your beer is 'ullage' (spoilt) let us know and we will arrange for collection and a full credit will be issued if the product is found to be ullage.

Q.  Will you be adding more breweries to the service?

A.  We will be adding breweries that have been requested by customers.
