Delivery Schedule
Goods that are paid for by credit card payments are usually despatched within 48 hours if the item is in stock but please allow 7 working days. Please allow an additional six working days if paying by cheque. If the item is not in stock or in manufactures stock and a delay with your order could be incurred you will be notified. You can contact us any time if you have any queries on delivery times of goods.
Postage is charged at standard rate if there is 1 item or more being postage.Or additional postage is charged if the item is required next day, or otherwise stated
Overseas Orders
We cannot deliver overseas.
Credit Card Security
We only accept online orders that are placed using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). By using SSL means that all of your details are encrypted to help keep them secure. Encryption creates billions of code combinations to protect each transaction made on our site, so your card details cannot be viewed by anyone else using the Internet. If you are using one of the more recent browser versions, our site supports 128 bit encryption, therefore keeping your details as safe as possible at all times.
We accept payment by the following cards: Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo and American Express. Please remember to include your expiry date and switch issue number if available. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and email or over the Internet.
By Cheque or Postal Orders
Please make cheques payable to Hangmans Hall Equestrian: Please remember to put your Bankcard details on the reverse of you cheque. Please allow six working days for payments to clear by cheque.
Guarantee
You can purchase from us with complete confindence. You should also be aware that you have a ststutory right to a 7 working day 'cooling off' period which starts the day after the day you receive the goods, in which you can return the goods and recieve a full refund (Excluding delivery postage cost and return postage cost- unless goods are faulty) provided that the goods have not been worn or used.
After this seven day period we will still replace or refund your goods up to 30 days from the day of receipt (not including postage - unless goods are faulty), providid that the goods have not been worn or used.
The Sellers Rights
You will not have any rights against the seller in the following circumstances: -
- You examined the item before you bought it and should have noticed any faults;
- You were told about the fault, but decided to purchase the goods anyway;
- You simply changed your mind about the goods, for example, because they did not fit or the colour was wrong;
- You damaged the item yourself by misuse or accident;
- Where fault arises from fair wear and tear;
- You made a mistake when purchasing the item;
- You did not try the item on before purchasing,
- The goods were a present to you. The only person who has any rights in these circumstances is the purchaser of the goods except where it is made known that the goods are purchased for someone else and the seller does not exclude third party rights as specified in the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
