SOLD OUT FOR THIS SEASON.
A bundle of living willow rods of the Salix purpurea variety, type 'Dark Dicks'. These are at least 6' in length and there are a minimum of 150 rods in a bundle. At the butt end, the rods are approximately the thickness of a pencil.
These rods are ideal for planting small willow structures or for planting with longer willow to make larger structures. This willow leafs low down the rod and is good for making bushy sides of willow structures - it responds well to being trimmed back.
The rods are a dark greeny red and the catkins come out with the leaves in the spring.
