Terms and Conditions
MAP CONDITION CODES
The condition of the covers and maps are graded on a scale of 1 to 7 as follows:-
Cover
1. Excellent - As new
2. Very Good - Almost new, very minor blemishes
3. Above Average - Clean copy but obviously used
4. Average- obviously used with no major defects but maybe minor annotation such as a name
5. Sound - Used with small defects or minor annotations
6. Well Used - Intact but worn or major annotations
7. Poor - Possibly torn or badly creased and well used
Map
1. Excellent - As new
2. Very Good - Almost new, very minor blemishes
3. Above Average - Clean copy but obviously used
4. Average- obviously used with no major defects
5. Sound - Used and showing heavy use at the folds, minor defects or small annotations
6. Well Used - Intact but worn with splitting folds or major annotations
7. Poor - Possibly torn or badly split on the folds, maybe badly annotated and well used

All payments must be made in Pounds Sterling £.

PACKAGING AND POSTAGE
All orders will be sent to you by Royal Mail recorded delivery.
The cost for packaging and postage to addresses within the United Kingdom are as follows: -
1 Map - £1.00
2 Maps - £2.00
3 Maps - £2.50
4 Maps - £3.00
5 Maps - £3.25
6+ Maps - Free
Please contact us for deliveries outside the UK, prior to submitting the order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Any item can be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the condition.
Once sold any item should be deleted from the list. However, should you order and pay for an item that has since sold out, we will give you a full refund.
