| Terms and Conditions Terms, Conditions & Delivery Details DELIVERY - WE ONLY SHIP IN THE UK. Goods are generally sent by next working day courier service and should be recieved within approx 2-3 working days, depending on time of order (providing we have the goods in stock - we will e mail you if they are not in stock), subject to our terms and conditions as stated. Most deliveries arrive between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday and all parcels must be signed for by the card/account holder. If you are not in the courier will leave a card, they will not leave the goods at a different address or without your signature. You will only be charged once for delivery not per item. If you wish to track your parcel please e mail sales@mrdbathgate.com and ask for a tracking number then visit www.city-link.co.uk. Any delivery that is not able to be signed for due to card holder/person responsible for order not being in, will result in the products being returned to us for security reasons after two delivery attempts. At this point we will contact you to re-arrange another delivery where a re-delivery charge equal to the original amount being levied. The order cannot be cancelled without prior arrangement and a cancellation fee will be applied. Any carriage charges originally applied are NON refundable. RETURNS We are committed to providing quality products and customer service, however on rare occasions products may be found to be faulty or defective and in keeping with our service commitment, we offer the following returns facilities: - For a return authorisation please call 01506 630575 (mon-fri 9-5), when sending goods back please put a covering letter with details of the fault and include all packaging, instructions and accessories that may be at fault.We cannot accept liability for packages damaged during transit. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery, therefore please use a recognised courier and make sure your goods are adequately insured. We will only refund goods found to be faulty. Any carriage charges involved will not be refunded. We will accept the return of faulty products for repair during the guarantee period, however we levy a standard charge of £25 plus vat for units that have no fault found on testing by our service agents. This is in addition to any carriage charges. PAYMENT We accept all major credit cards and debit cards - we will inform you by email if the card is not acceptable to our system. If you would like to pay by cheque (payable to MRD) please send it to: -MRD, MRD House, Glasgow Road West, Bathgate, West Lothian EH48 2QW .It will take 10 days for your cheque to clear, after which time we will despatch the goods. Payments made by Paypal MUST be an address verified account. No goods will be shipped to an unverified address and will result in the order being cancelled and any Paypal charges deducted from your refund ( if payment has automatically been sent) The Payment on delivery option is SOLELY for UPLIFT and PAYMENT IN STORE ONLY. NO GOODS WILL BE SENT FOR PAYMENT ON DELIVERY. TERMS & CONDITIONS The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract that we enter into with you. Please read carefully. These terms and conditions do not affect you statutory rights Each order will be treated as an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions. To order goods you must be at least 18 years old. All goods are subject to availability, if we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid. However we will not compensate you for any other losses you suffer by non-supply of the goods. All pictures and text on our website is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. We aim to deliver goods within a stated delivery time, but this is sometimes outside of our control and we cannot be held responsible for consequential losses, costs or damages involved with a late delivery. Delivered goods are your responsibility, if you delay accepting the delivery we will not be held responsible for any financial implications. If goods arrive damaged you must inform us within 24 hours, if you do not we shall have no liability for goods said to be damaged on delivery. If goods are returned under this clause and are discovered to be no fault found there will be a 25% plus carriage handling charge. The price for the goods will be as stipulated at a time when you place the order, we are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our suppliers prices, or due to an error or omission. All prices are inclusive of VAT, but exclude delivery charges, which will be payable as indicated at the time of purchase. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you on full payment. We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. The contract between us shall be governed by the laws of Scotland,England & Wales and any dispute will be resolved in the aforementioned courts.
