Fishers refund & exchange, On-line and general, Purchase Policy Information

Items¹ are sold as seen (not applicable to e-shop purchases)

For e-shop purchases only, should the product arrive damaged please contact the store within seven days, we will acknowledge your claim/report. Please keep our** acknowledgement for future reference. We will arrange replacement.

Customers are free to view any item¹ free of its packaging, and assess its suitability prior to purchase in our shop. Fitting rooms are provided for the use of customers wishing to purchase clothing. Any damage, defect or fault will be brought to the attention of the customer and noted on the proof of purchase receipt³. If an item¹ is of good quality and through no fault of our own, the item is no longer required, we** are under no obligation to exchange said item, or give a refund. Nevertheless, at the discretion of the member of staff serving, a notation may be made to the customer receipt³ (or an exchange note may be issued electronically) allowing for a non sale item/garment to be exchanged, or the issue of a credit note to the same value (like for like exchange only), at any time (however, no later than) up to six months from the date of purchase³

Suit deposit is non-refundable: Effective once an order is placed and a receipt issued. To clarify, should a suit be received by the client/us** in good order and DOES NOT require alteration and is not paid for in full, is not collected within three months, and/or we are hindered by the client and unable to complete the suit to our satisfaction, deposit will not be returned. Significant investment is made when a made to measure (MTM) or bespoke suit is tailor made (not currently available on-line). This is our policy to protect our** substantial initial investment

Unless the fault/damage is covered under separate manufacturer guarantee or warranty. A refund will usually be made for any item¹ (including sale items) bought which is found to be faulty or damaged, within six months of purchase; the item¹ (notification to be made within seven days for e-shop purchases, within one month with regard to personal shoppers) may initially be subject to Independent Assessment to establish the nature of the fault or damage

Items(1) are sold as fit for purpose and of good quality (unless stated on customer receipt). We** are under no obligation to exchange, or give a refund, unless faulty.

General wear and tear does not constitute a fault in the garment or product, no refund will be given under these circumstances

No refund will be given until Independent Assessment has been carried out. Should we require holding said faulty/damaged item¹ on the premises; a receipt will be given for the item¹ under assessment². Independent Assessment may find the customer negligent in their care of the item¹ and would therefore not be entitled to a refund.
