Ordering
Prefered method of payment is credit card,Visa,Mastercard,Connect,Electron, Amex and Solo. Payment can be made by cheque, but allow an additional 7 days for the cheque to be cleared. We aim to send orders out on the same day that we receive them subject to stock availability.
If you have ordered a regular box such as weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Once your card details have been entered online for a regular box. You agree for Org Organics to retain your card details securely in order for Org Organics to take payment for these regular boxes at the end of the month, or for what amount is due at the termination of the account.
If you have ordered a weekly box in order to receive a discount,
you have agreed to purchase at least 4 boxes in total before receiving the discount.

Delivery
Delivery for Vegbox within the LS and WF postcodes will be charged at £2.50 per delivery
Deliveries for the rest of West Yorkshire will be charged at £3.50
Non Vegbox Deliveries to the UK will be charged at between £2.50and £10.50 depending on weight of the order.
We will send all deliveries under 1.5kg by Royal Mail.
Deliveries over 1.5kg will be sent via courrier.

Order Cancellation
Should you want to place a box on hold or cancel your current order you agree to contact Org Organics in writing at least 3 working days before your next delivery.
