We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery so long as it remains in a saleable condition. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

- As soon as you receive your order, please check that it is what you ordered and that it is in good condition.
- If you wish to return or cancel the order, you must call us within 24 hours of delivery.

- We will ask whether you want a refund or an exchange, and the reason for the return.

Please wrap the item securely for transit, using the original packaging if available, and remember to enclose your dispatch note.
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
