Terms and Conditions

All orders, offers and quotes incorporate the following terms and conditions and are subject to the same.

ORDERS: Your order is processed after receipt of order form and payment. An e-mail receipt is provided for you, giving delivery date. This acknowledgement represents the contract

PRICE: Prices quoted are in £ sterling, inclusive of V.A.T. at the current rate.

PAYMENT: We accept all major credit and debit cards except American Express. Your credit card details are encrypted before transmission.

DELIVERY: Delivery date advised on acceptance of your order, confirmed by e-mail.

Nationwide delivery Tuesday - Friday £9.95 Saturday £29.95. Some remote areas carry a higher delivery charge - price on application.

Local Delivery Monday - Saturday From £3.50 to £7.50

We cannot accept liability for delay, in the event that nobody is at the address to receive the bouquet. Delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery.

It is your responsibility to correctly enter the delivery address.

We take care to use a reputable courier company, who will take care of this fragile cargo. However in the unlikely event your flowers are damaged, please retain the flowers and contact us directly within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot accept liability for the claim outside of this time period.

UK Delivery: Tuesday - Friday £9.95 / Saturday £29.95

GUARANTEE: We guarantee our flowers will last for a minimum of 5 days, if the following advice is adhered to.

• Remove wrapping
• Wash stems under cold tap
• Fill a clean vase or container with fresh cold water
• Place flowers in vase, removing leaves below water level.
• Check and replace water every 2 days.

Do not place your flowers in a draught or near heat or ripening fruit.

In the unlikely event your are not happy with your flowers, do contact us immediately.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We cannot accept liability for any indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of enjoyment, loss of business, loss of goodwill or economic loss whatsoever other than death, or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

CANCELLATION: If for any reason you need to cancel or delay your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make best endeavours to make the necessary changes.

SECURITY: SSL Secure socket layer, encrypts all your personal information, including credit card numbers, name and address. This process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card we will cover your liability up to £50.00 subject to;

• Your bank or card insurer holds you liable for the amount claimed
• The unauthorised use of your credit or debit card is as a direct result of purchases made at theflowerbar.co.uk whilst using the secure server.
• This guarantee only applies to credit or debit card purchases made using theflowerbar.co.uk's SSL
• You notified your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
• Our liability is limited to £50.00
